These Terms and Conditions apply to the SMS text messaging program run by Milan Construction & Remodels LLC ("Milan Construction & Remodels"). By opting in to text messages, you accept these terms. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.

Program Description

Milan Construction & Remodels, a bathroom remodeling and home renovation company in Bonney Lake, Washington, sends text messages to people who opt in through the chat widget on our website. Non-marketing messages include replies to your inquiry, estimates, appointment scheduling, project updates and customer care messages. Marketing messages include offers, promotions and service updates. You can opt in to either type, or both, using the two separate checkboxes in the chat widget. Our contact form does not collect phone numbers or SMS consent.

How You Opt In

You opt in by checking a text message consent box in the chat widget on our website. The boxes are unchecked by default and optional. You can contact us or request an estimate without agreeing to texts, and agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase. Giving us your phone number does not by itself sign you up for text messages.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. It depends on your inquiry and project schedule, and on whether you opted in to marketing messages.

Message and data rates may apply. Any charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to the number that messages you. After you send STOP, we will reply with one message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages from us. To join again, opt in the same way you did the first time.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Read our Privacy Policy.

Message Delivery

Milan Construction & Remodels does not guarantee that messages will be delivered without delays or failures. Delays and failures can be caused by things outside our control, such as network problems or device compatibility.
